MX183000A has the following features.
● PCIe link sequence generation
● USB3.0/3.1 link sequence generation
● Jitter tolerance measurement involves testing by controlling the
MU181500B and varying SJ while adding jitter such as RJ or BUJ at
a fixed value.
● Jitter tolerance measurement provides three methods for varying
jitter amplitude depending on the characteristics of Serdes, as shown
below.
Binary search
Downward search from the upper limit value to the lower limit value
Upward search from the lower limit value to the upper limit value
● Estimation of low-rate jitter tolerance results
● Mask measurement according to various standards is available.
● MX183000A can control up to three MP1800A signal quality analyzers
or 4-slot-chassis MT1810A.
● Measurement results can be output in the html or CSV format.
