Use dry cotton swab to dry it.

Re-install protective cover to dust sensor.
Cleaning the Pre-filter, Activated carton filter and HEPA filter

Turn off and unplug the unit.

Release the air inlet grille first. Place your hand in the recess of
the side panels then gently pull the bottom part of the grille
towards you to release interlock at position (1). Then lift up the
grille to detach grille hooks at position (2).
