Connecting the Anritsu MS2721B DVB-H Analyzer/Anritsu 
MS2721B Spectrum Analyzer Scanner 

1.  To install the device drivers the user must have administrative rights to its PC, and the

ownership of files or other objects

 policy has to be enabled for this user on this PC. 

2.  Copy the executable file 

visa400full.exe

 to your local drive before installing the driver, and 

run the installation from the hard drive. 

3.  Double-click on the file and unzip the contents to your hard-drive. This may take a couple of 

minutes. 

4.  The installation starts automatically.  

5.  Click 

Next>>

 on the welcome page.
