Before carrying out any replacement procedure, activate all the
safety devices provided and decide whether staff at work and
those in the vicinity should be informed. In particular, turn off the
gas and water supply taps, cut off the electricity supply to the ap-
pliance using the master switch and prevent access to all devices
which might cause unexpected health and safety hazards if
turned on.
If worn parts have to be replaced, use original spare parts only.
The manufacturer declines all responsibly for injury or damage
to components due to the use of non original parts, or extraor-
dinary work on the appliance which may modify the safety re-
quirements without the manufacturer's authorisation.
When ordering components, follow the instructions provided in
the parts catalogue.
To carry out this operation, proceed as follows.
1- Remove the guard

2- Unscrew the cap
(B)
.
3- Check the gasket
(C)
for wear and replace it if necessary.
4- Unscrew the nozzle
(D)
and replace it with the one suitable
for the type of gas in use (see table at back of manual).
5- Screw the cap back in place

6- Replace the carter
(A)

Important
When the operation is complete light the burner and
check through the flame viewer that the burner is op-
erating correctly.
To carry out this op-
eration, proceed as
follows.
1- Undo the
screws to re-
move the side
panel
(A)
.
2- Extract the fuse-
holder
(B)
and
replace the dam-
aged fuse
(C)
.
3- Replace the
fuse-holder and
the side panel
when the oper-
ation is com-
plete.
4- Check that the combustion control unit, the gas solenoid
valve and the burner fan are all operating correctly.
To carry out this operation, proceed as follows.
1- Undo the screws and remove the lamp cover
(A)
.
2- Extract and replace the lamp
(B)
.
Caution - warning
During the procedure, take care not to touch the lamp
directly; wear protective gloves if necessary.
3- Replace the lamp cover
(A)
and retighten the screws when the
operation is complete.
Important
This operation must be carried out by skilled operatives
in compliance with the legal requirements with regard to
safety at work. Never dump non-biodegradable materi-
als, lubricating oils and non-metallic components (rub-
ber, PVC, resins, etc.) in the environment. Dispose of
them in accordance with the relevant legal requirements.
