4.9.4 Orientation of the hay retention ring

The hay retention ring can be installed so that it points into or out of the mixing chamber, as shown
in Figure 37.

To decrease the loading height, install the ring pointing into the mixing chamber.

To increase the capacity of the machine and reduce the power that is required for mixing, install the
ring pointing out of the mixing chamber.
