The in-motion loading
system’s rail touches the
bales previously loaded
when loading.
Inspect for any sharp
edges on the side rails or
damaged rollers that could
puncture the wrap

The roller beds are
too close to each
other for the size of
the bales, therefore
squeezing them
between against
side rails and then
tearing the wrap
The roller beds are set too
wide for the bales size
settings. Make sure that your
bales dimension match the
computer settings, and that
your roller beds are set to
the required position
