6 Troubleshooting
The following table describes the most common problems you may encounter with your bagger. It
also provides solutions for resolving them. If your problem is not found in this table, or if you cannot
resolve it yourself, contact your dealer’s customer service or our technical service (see section at
the beginning of this manual for our contact information).
Before looking for the causes of a problem, be
sure to:

The machine is powered down
l
Any accidental startup is impossible
l
The machine is stable
l
The tractor is off and the ignition key has
been removed
Follow all the safety measures described in
this manual when you apply the solutions
suggested to solve the problems.
Problem
Possible Cause
Solution
There are excessive
vibrations while the bagger
operates.
The crushing rollers or the
compression screw have
irregular wearing.
Replace the rolls or the screw.
The crushing rollers or the
compression screw are
imbalanced.
Have a specialist rebalance
the rollers or the screw.
Dirt has accumulated on the
crushing rollers or the
compression screw.
Clean the machine according
to instructions in section
section 5.7
The crushing rollers are touch-
ing.
Adjust the spacing between
the crushing rollers by fol-
lowing instructions in section
4.2.3
