1.2 Technical Support

If you need technical assistance, or if the unit fails to operate as expected upon arrival, please
contact Analogic’s Measurement and Control Division (MCD) Applications Engineering
department:

You will be connected with an T&M Applications Engineer who will work with you to solve your
problem. If the unit needs to be returned to the factory, this engineer will refer you to our
Customer Service Office.

If referred to Customer Service

Please provide the Customer Service Office with the following information:

Model Number

•

Serial Number

•

Purchase Order number

•

Quantity being returned

•

Detailed description of the malfunction or reported failure

•

Your “Bill To” and “Ship To” addresses

•

Method of return shipment, with account number

Our Customer Service Coordinator will provide you a Customer Service Order number (CSO) that
is an internal Analogic tracking number. The Service Coordinator will also inform you of the
Warranty or Non-Warranty status of the units being returned, and the repair charge, if any.

The CSO number is your return authorization number. Please write this number on your
Purchase Order and Shipping Label.
