Get Parameters
The Get Parameters command is sent to read the values of a group of registers for the IMU. The ID of the register
to read is sent in the command payload. The command and response payload have similar structures. The meaning
of ID is specific to the IMU; it can be a 32-bit address for memory-mapped registers or an entry ID inside a prede-
fined table of registers.
