Q:  

The device does not work.

A: 

The battery may not be fully charged. Check the battery.

Q: 

The charge light does not light up and won’t charge.

A: 

Check the USB cable is connected correctly to the electrical outlet. The device may not charge if there  

 

are foreign substances on the USB cable so clean the area with a cotton pad.

Q:  

The battery life is getting shorter.

A: 

The battery is a consumable product, so its life will start to shorten after the first use. Keeping the  

 

charged battery (Li-polymer 900mA rechargeable) in extremely low or high temperature may affect the  

 

battery life as well. Actual battery life may vary according to each mode and vibration strength.

Q: 

The power turns off on its own while using the device.

A: 

This is because the battery is not fully charged. Charge fully, then try again.

Q: 

The mode does not change smoothly.

A: 

Using quick swipes to change the mode can cause failure of sensory recognition. Swipe slowly in an  

 

upward or downward motion to change the mode.

Q: 

There is an odd sound when using the ultrasonic blade.

A: 

This is the sound of the vibration coming from the Ultrasonic blade.

Q: 

I am unable to change modes while using the Derma Ion Galvanic.

A: 

The Derma Ion Galvanic prevents the mode from changing when the device is in use. Stop using the  

 

device to change modes.

Q: 

I don’t have the Signature Select mode on my device.

A: 

The Signature Select mode needs to be activated and once this is don’t, will remain on your device 

 

unless you de-activate it. The sequence for activation is found on page 12 in the manual or view the  

 

video titled ‘Activating the Signature Select mode on your ASE’.

Q: 

I am not able to activate the Signature Select mode even when I follow the instructions.

A: 

The Signature Select mode is only available on devices with a serial number starting with ‘H’. Remove  

 

the head to find the serial number on the body of the device where the USB connector is located.  

Q: 

What is the warranty period for the ARTISTRY Skin Enhancer?

A: 

Warranty period is 1 year from invoice date.

Q: 

What does the warranty cover?

A: 

The warranty covers manufacturing faults and does not cover malfunction due to user misuse. 

Q: 

When using the device I notice a light ticklish, prickling sensation, is this normal?

A: 

This is a temporary sensation and can be reduced by lowering the strength level. If the sensation     

 

continues, stop using the device and contact a doctor.
