CAUTION
POSSIBLE EQUIPMENT DAMAGE
Use nonabrasive cleaners when cleaning equipment. Follow directions on containers
and rub in a back-and-forth motion (in same direction as surface grain). Abrasive
cleaners will damage stainless steel. Cleaners rubbed in a circular motion or applied
with a wire brush or steel wool on doors and chamber assemblies can be harmful to
stainless steel. Do not use these cleaners on painted and plastic surfaces.
Wipe all plastic surfaces or painted surfaces with a soft, non-abrasive cloth with 70%
isopropyl alcohol cleaner (such as glass or countertop cleaners). Ensure to immediately
wipe the plastic surfaces with another soft, non-abrasive cloth and water, then dry with
a dry cloth.
Clean equipment with a general purpose cleaner to remove general stains, a stainless-steel stain remover for stubborn
stains, and a stainless-steel polish to keep equipment looking new.
1. Using a damp cloth or sponge, apply cleaner in a back-and-forth motion, in same direction as surface grain.
2. Thoroughly wipe off cleaner.
3. Polish surface with a clean, dry and lint-free cloth.
4. Clean door windows with a general window cleaning product.
5. Dry window with a lint-free cloth.

WARNING
PERSONAL INJURY AND/OR EQUIPMENT DAMAGE HAZARD
Only use safety lock when performing routine maintenance. Never leave safety lock in
place during normal operation.
When not testing door safety, never close door when safety lock is in place.
