Type “cmd” into the Windows Start Menu and press enter or click on “command
prompt”

In the window that opens, type “Ping “ and the IP address of the Rockstarter
which was identified above, then press enter.

If you get “Request timed out:” check the steps above before proceeding further.
You need a reply from
the Rockstarter’s IP address to continue.
