Individual Operations of Maintenance

Every 20 Hours or Daily

3.6.5.

Checking of the condition
ventilator and belt

•

Check the ventilator visually. In case of any damage
(e.g. missing parts of the material, cracks, changes in
shape etc.) replace the ventilator.

•

Check visually the belt for its deterioration.

•

Traverse (across the belt width) cracks are accept-
able.

Longitudinal (direction of belt length) cracks that

intersect with traverse cracks are not acceptable.
Replace the belt if it is frayed or has pieces of material
missing.
