3.9 ServiceLink
3.9.1 Ser vi ce Link Relay
Ser vi ce Link is a hard wa re re lay which sto res and sends in for ma -
ti on such as a bat te ry vol ta ge (for ma chi nes dri ven by a bat te ry),
wor king hours and the num ber of ma chi ne starts as well as lo ca li -
ty and movement data.
The re lay can be sim ply moun ted on ma chi nes of every kind and
ma nu fac tu rer and sto re ma chi ne data lo cal ly. The data can be
cal led up over the Am mann Ser vi ce App or over a sta tio na ry
data-box
1) .
3.9.2 Bat te ry sta tus
The bat te ry sta tus can be che cked on ma chi nes dri ven by a bat -
te ry. This can help to re du ce ma chi ne down-ti mes cau sed by da -
ma ged bat te ries and the costs of chan ging a battery.
3.9.3 Sto ring in for ma ti on
Ma chi ne in for ma ti on can be sto red di rect ly on the ma chi ne. This
re du ces the se arch for do cu ments or for mis sing in for ma ti on.
Ever ything is sto red di gi tal ly on the machine.
The in for ma ti on is ac ces si ble both by using the Am mann Ser vi ce
App for smartpho nes for An droid and iOS, and also on the com -
pu ter over the Am mann Ser vi ce Portal.
Am mann sa ves your email ad dress when you re gis ter your ac -
count on the Am mann Ser vi ce App and the Am mann Ser vi ce
Portal.
3.9.4 Fleet ma na ge ment
It is pos si ble to per form main ten an ce plan ning for your ma chi nes
using Ser vi ce Link. Using Ser vi ce Link over the on li ne ac cess one
ob tains an over view of the who le equip ment, can check sta tus
and
main ten an ce in for ma ti on and can plan upcoming
maintenance work.
3.9.5 Ser vi ce Link on the Am mann Ser vi ce App
Using the Am mann Ser vi ce App one can gain ac cess to Ser vi ce
Link data for all ma chi nes in the area of your WLAN or Blue tooth
LE. Ser vi cing and main ten an ce as well as up co ming re pair work
for every ma chi ne can be en te red into the App and supp le men -
ted and sto
red di rect ly on the Ser vi ce Link hardware of the
machine.
