2.7  Machine operation and use

2.7.10  ROPS lifting and lowering

ROPS key

There is a ROPS key attached under the engine bonnet on the 

left. The ROPS key assists the operator when lifting and lowering 

the ROPS. 

ROPS lifting

Climb on the driver’s stand.
Remove the split pin.
Hang the key on the upper part of the ROPS and turn the clevis 

pins to the correct position.

Use the ROPS key to slowly lift the frame.
Remove the key. 

Do not remove the key until the ROPS crosses its centre 

of gravity.
