6.2
Routine Maintenance Work
The maintenance schedule below lists the maintenance
work that must be carried out at regular intervals.
Contact the customer service department for maintenance
work that must be carried out by a specialist (see Chap-
ter 12, page 55).

Functionally test the electrically operated belts.
Section 6.3
Carry out a visual inspection for damage, faults and
leaks. Initiate repairs if necessary.
Listen for any unusual noises during operation and jud-
dering when raising or lowering the hydraulic lowering
rear suspension. Initiate repairs if necessary.

Inspect the hydraulic hoses.
Check that all fastenings are secure.
For commercial or communal use: Have the Alu Ramp
and Lowering Rear Suspension inspected by a tech-
nical expert.
Section 6.4

Renew the hydraulic hoses.

Clean the Alu Ramp.
6.2.2
Maintenance record
Enter maintenance and repair work that has been carried
out into the maintenance record provided for this purpose
(see Section 6.5, page 39). This provides a traceable record
of maintenance work.
For records of maintenance work over and above this, it is
recommended that you keep your own lists.
