10.1.9 Replacing the wheel mark eradicator coulter

INTERVAL

as required

 

CAUTION 

 

Risk of injury from sharp edges on the
coulters and the bolt heads

Wear gloves.
Pay attention to sharp edges.
Do not allow carriage bolts to rotate.

 

1.

Unscrew the nuts 

1

.

2.

Remove the bolts 

2

.

3.

Install a new wheel mark eradicator coulter 

3

 on

the tool carrier,

or

adjust the wheel mark eradicator coulter for the
operating conditions.

4.

Insert the bolts.

5.

Insert the nuts and tighten them.

6.

After 5 hours of operation, check the bolt
connection for tight fit.
