6.1
Selecting the sintering program

To select a program: Press the
key.
The list menu is indicated.

In the list, select the desired program with the
keys

directly select the program by pressing the
key and the respective number key.
▷
To take over the program: Press the
key.
The display switches to the operating level.
▷
To display the segments of the program: Press
the
key.
Before starting-up the furnace, it should
acclimate at the set-up location for 24
hours. Swift heating up in cold condition
can cause damage to the heating elements
(for example, burning-through).
During the first heating up, there may be
odour nuisance due to binding agent
fumes escaping from the insulation mate-
rial.

Provide for thorough ventilation of the
furnace set-up location when heating up
for the first time.
WARNING:
Danger of fire and explosion!
The furnace surfaces become very warm.

Do not place objects on the furnace!
NOTE:
Insufficient sintering results due to faulty tem-
perature control!
▷
Prior to every process, visibly check the ther-
moelement for damage.
DANGER:
Hot air at the outlet opening!
▷
Do not reach with your hand at or above the
outlet opening.
▷
Do not place objects on the furnace!
▷
Do not hang objects directly above the fur-
nace!
