 Maintenance

4.7.1 Items to Check and Inspect

■

Check the temperature setting (daily)

Verify whether the temperature setting is correct by checking the green display of the temperature 

regulator when the chiller is running. The temperature setting should be 25

°

C.

■

Check the amount of coolant (daily)

While the chiller is running, verify that there is enough coolant and that the water level is within the 

appropriate range. The acceptable water level is when the border line between red and green is up to 2 

cm from the top.

■

Confirm there are no leaks (daily)

Visually confirm that the coolant hoses have no cracks.

■

Confirm there are no unusual noises (daily)

Confirm there are no unusual noises from the Chiller Unit.
