4.2 Part Replacement Schedule

*1 This maintenance schedule provides guidelines based on 8 hours of operation per day.

*2 Replace components at the end of their useful life or if they burn out or become defective.

*3 Extended periods of non-use will shorten the useful life of the marker.

*4 For the ML-7064A, the maintenance schedule involves annual cleaning or replacement.

*5 For the ML-7064A, the maintenance schedule is as follows: daily cleaning/replacement every year.

*6 For the ML-7064A, the maintenance schedule involves cleaning or replacement every two years.

*7 Repeated marking in a very small area may damage the scanner bearings and shorten their useful life. We

recommend marking a wide area at least once per day.

*8 For the ML-7064A, the maintenance schedule involves replacement every two years.

*9 Replace these components regularly regardless of how much the marker is used.


