Modifying a Department, Location, or Type

To change the name or description of a Department, Location, or Type, do the
following:

1. Select

Department

Location

, or

Type

on the Menu Bar.

2. In the Sidebar or Main Panel, select the Department, Location, or Type

you want to modify.

3. On the Panel Menu bar, select

Properties

4. Make your changes, then click

Save

Deleting a Department, Location, or Type

To delete a Department, Location, or Type, do the following:

1. Select

Department

Location

on the Menu Bar. The

List page comes up.

2. Click to put a check mark in front of the name of the Department,

Location, or Type you wish to remove, then click

Delete

(at the top-right
