indicator is off
• Ensure camera is plugged in
to a power source.
• Other electronic products
may cause interference
with your smart security
camera. Try installing your
smart security camera as far
away from these electronic
devices as possible: wireless
routers, radios, mobile
phones, intercoms, room
monitors, televisions,
personal computers, kitchen
appliances and cordless
telephones.
• Remove the device on the
app and reinstall.
