The hearing protector is intended to
protect the wearer from hazardous noise
levels. The wearer should ensure that the
earplugs are fitted, adjusted and maintained
in accordance with this Instruction Manual.
Any other uses are not intended and therefore
not allowed. Always wear the earplugs when
in a noisy environment, without interruption.
Slightly pull up your ear and with your other
hand insert the earplug into the ear, until the
protector fits snugly. Do not place the earplug
too deep in the ear. Improper fit, improper use
or failure to follow the instructions of this
device will decrease noise reduction
effectiveness, increase the risk of hearing
damage and affect the lifespan of the reusable
earplugs. Alpine Hearing Protection is not
liable for any damage arising from misuse.
Check the working order of the earplugs
regularly and store them in the original, clean
packaging. Clean the earplugs regularly with
mild soap and lukewarm water. Dry off after
cleaning. The reusable earplugs can be used
approximately 100 times. Sudden or rapid
removal of hearing protection may cause
damage to the eardrum. Do not remove plugs
from the ear by pulling the connecting cord.
Do not use a connecting cord if there is a
chance of getting entangled. When this
device is worn as directed, the level of noise
entering a person’s ear is approximated by the
differences between the A-weighted
environmental noise level and the lesser and
greater NRRs. Caution: For predominantly low
frequency noise environments in which the
difference in the measured C-weighted and
A-weighted noise levels (dBC-dBA) exceeds 3
dB, the user is directed to the enclosed graph
of the variability of noise reduction with noise
spectra to determine the level of protection.
This product may be adversely affected by
certain chemical substances. Further
information should be sought from the

La protection auditive vise à
protéger l’utilisateur des niveaux sonores
dangereux. L’utilisateur doit s’assurer que les
bouchons d’oreilles sont insérés, ajustés et
entretenus conformément au présent manuel
d’utilisation. Toute autre utilisation n’est pas
prévue et n’est donc pas autorisée. Lorsque
vous vous trouvez dans un environnement
bruyant, portez toujours les bouchons
d’oreilles, sans interruption. Tirez légèrement
l’oreille vers le haut et, de l’autre main, insérez
le bouchon d’oreille dans votre oreille, jusqu’à
ce que la protection s’ajuste confortablement.
N’insérez pas le bouchon d’oreille trop
profondément dans votre oreille. Un
ajustement inadéquat, une utilisation
incorrecte ou le non-respect des instructions
de cet appareil diminuera l’efficacité de la

le tympan. Ne pas retirer les bouchons de
l’oreille en tirant sur la cordelette. N’utilisez
pas de cordon de liaison s’il existe un risque
d’emmêlement. Lorsque cet appareil est porté
conformément aux instructions, le niveau de
bruit entrant dans l’oreille d’une personne est
obtenu approximativement par les différences
entre le niveau sonore ambiant pondéré A et
les NRR inférieurs et supérieurs. Attention :
pour les environnements bruyants à basse
fréquence prédominante dans lesquels la
différence entre les niveaux de bruit mesurés
pondérés C et A (dBC-dBA) dépasse 3 dB,
l’utilisateur est invité à consulter le graphique
ci-joint de la variabilité de la réduction du
bruit avec spectres sonores pour déterminer le
niveau de protection. Ce produit peut être
affecté par certaines substances chimiques.

tragen. Das Ohr leicht hochziehen und mit der
anderen Hand den Stöpsel in das Ohr
einsetzen, bis er anliegend passt. Den
Gehörschutz nicht zu tief in das Ohr einsetzen.
Ein falscher Sitz, unsachgemäße Anwendung,
oder Nichtbeachtung der Anleitungen für
dieses Mittel verringert die Lärm reduzierende
Wirkung, steigert das Risiko des
Gehörschadens und beeinträchtigt die
Lebensdauer des wiederverwendbaren
Gehörschutzes. Alpine Hearing Protection
haftet nicht für irgendwelche Schäden, die
durch eine unzweckmäßige Anwendung
verursacht werden. Regelmäßig die
Funktionsfähigkeit des Gehörschutzes prüfen
und diesen in der sauberen
Originalverpackung aufbewahren. Den
Gehörschutz regelmäßig mit milder Seife und
lauwarmem Wasser reinigen. Nach dem
