You can copy custom POI data stored in the system’s SD memory card
to a USB memory. You can use the saved custom data for other things,
for example, you can display vehicular swept paths on the Google Earth
using the data.
Setting item: Read out SD data

Touch [Read out].
The Read out SD data screen is displayed.

Touch [Custom POI].
The confirmation dialog screen appears.

Touch [Yes].
Custom POI data is stored in the USB memory.

During data copy, keep the system turned on and do not perform any
operations.
•
If there are files with the same category name, the files are renamed
with a subordinate number added.
•
Special characters in a category name are deleted at registration.
You can copy tracking points stored in the system’s SD memory card to
a USB memory.

Navi information
You can view various information provided by the navigation system.
[Navi Info] is selected on the Navigation setup menu in step 4. See
“Navigation Setup Operation” (page 99).
The navigation system allows you to view dynamic location information
received from GPS satellites. This feature is very useful for off-road
users in establishing a starting point before trekking.
Setting item: GPS status
