17.6.3.
Reaming of main bolt sleeves and rear fittings
During renovation reaming at connecting spars main bolt sleeves and
connecting wing to fuselage rear fittings, general rule is obligatory to keep the same
type of fit as before. New bolt and locking pins should be ordered from the
manufacturer, giving reaming step. Each of the steps of reaming and their respective
dimensions are provided in the table below.
From time to time reamer should be removed from hole to clean of swarfs
between cutting edges and to inspect condition of reamed surface.
During reaming lubrications should be done with machine oil.
