5. Plug the power adapter to a power outlet.

The PoE injector is now ready for use.

Cabling the PoE

Injector

To cable the PoE injector, perform the following procedure:

1. Connect the DATA IN port on the PoE injector to a non-PoE switch 

port with an Ethernet cable.

2. Connect the PoE OUT port on the PoE injector to a PD.

The PoE OUT port provides power along with transmitting and 

receiving data. 

3. Check the LEDs to ensure the PoE injector is working properly.
