This command saves the HUMS history as a
ZIP
file to your preferred path.
Setting parameters:

Usage:
Setting only
DIAGnostic:HUMS:SECurity?
This command returns the security information of the instrument. Depending on the set
data format, the queried data is either displayed in
XML
or
JSON
format. For more infor-

Security information of the connected instrument as block data
in a comma-separated list.
