From the Network page, click
NAT
. This page allows you to configure settings to control
Network Address Translation between the Ethernet interface(eth0) and the cellular interface
(cell0). Network Address Translation remaps outbound traffic from internal interfaces to a
single IP address and a random port. This gives the perception that outbound traffic
originates from a single node, allowing you to provide Internet access to an entire IP
subnetwork with one outbound link. All devices in the subnetwork appear to come from a
single IP address established by the outbound link.
When you are finished, click
Change
.
Username
Specify the Username which is provided from the service provider. Not all
service provider’s require a username.
Password
Specify the Password which is provided from the service provider. Not all service
provider’s require a password.
APN
Specify the Access Point Network (from the service provider).
Signal strength
Indicates the strength of the cellular interface signal.
Status
Indicates the status of the cellular interface.
Start
and
Stop
buttons
Click to start or stop connection to the cellular network.
Statistics
button
Click to view how many packets have gone in and out and how many bytes have
gone in and out since the Gateway was last restarted.
