Maintenance
All the safety protec
ti
on devices in the unit will be set before leaving the factory, the user can not adjust
or remove them, to avoid damaging the unit.
The power supply to the heat pump should be turned on for at least 1 day before starting the
heat pump.
Please do not place other obstacles on the unit, it should keep dry and clean and well ven
ti
lated around
the unit. When the heat exchanger is dusty, it should be immediately cleaned, to avoid the unit's capacity
being affected or the unit being stopped for protection.
Periodically clean the
fi
lter in the water system, to avoid blocking and damage to unit or causing unit
protec
ti
o
n, the water replenishing system devices should be frequently checked to ensure correct operation.
When the ambient temperature is below zero, it is forbidden to cut o
ff
the power, otherwise, the
an

ti
on will be ine

ve.
When the unit is not in use for long periods, drain o
ff
the water in the unit and
pipeline system,
and open the water plug on the water tank to drain o
ff
the water, to prevent damage through freezing.
Please do not
switch the unit on and off repeatedly, and do not manually switch off the manual adjust
valve when the unit is operating.
Oft
en check the working situa
ti
on of each part in the unit, and check the inner pipe connectors of the
unit and whether the high and low pressure detec
ti
on ports of the refrigerant has oil dirt, to make sure
the unit has no refrigerant leakage.
Check the electricity for the electricity leakage protector.
After the unit has operated for a period of a month or longer, the earth leakage switch should be checked
by pressing the test button. If power is not cut, the reason for the fault should be investigated,
or the earth leakage switch replaced.

detergent can be used for cleaning. Do not use detergents containing
fl
uoride chlorate, due to the
material of the water side heat exchanger being stainless steel or copper, which
can
easily be corroded and
cause refrigerant leakage.
Cleaning of the water side heat exchanger should be conducted by professionals.
Aft
er using cleaning agent, use clean water to clean the water pipe and heat exchanger, to prevent
corrosion of the waterproof system, and to flush out cleaning scale.
