BY-PASS TYPE PUMP DESCRIPTION
ALL-5 Pumps by-pass system is a security relief system that protects pump and lines from over
pressure. Working pressure of the pump is adjusted with by-pass system. ALL-5 pump’s maximum pressure
limits are described below with piston diameters. If necessary, by-pass limit pressure can be adjusted to
different value. Please follow the steps below if needed.
Increase pressure
By-pass adjustment screw,
- turned CW (clockwise) to increase pressure
Decrease pressure
By-pass adjustment screw,
- turned CCW (counter clockwise) to decrease pressure
Adjusted pressure value can be controlled
by manometer on pump outlet.
