Problems Solutions
The appliance does not turn on • Battery is flat, need to be recharged
If it is still not working, please contact All-Clad customer
service center
The indicator light is fast flashing in RED
during the operation and stops
• The appliance is overheated, allow it to cool down for 10-15mins

• The blade may be blocked by ingredient chunks; try chopping
them to smaller chunks and try again
• The appliance may have been processing a heavy load, blend
ingredients in smaller batches
• The appliance is designed for intermittent use, avoid continuous
use for more than 1 minute
The indicator light fast flashing in RED
when placed in the charging base
• The appliance is overheated, it will automatically resume
charging after cooling down
• Check that the input power is compatible with the appliance
(correct power rating)
• The adaptor may not be properly connected to the power supply
