expires, the phase is interrupted and the next phase – the stabilization phase starts. The igniter, the auger and the flue 
gases motor are active during this phase. 

  Stabilization  
The stabilization phase is a transitional state between the ignition phase and the run mode phase. This phase starts 

when the conditions for ignition are met or when flue gases reach the temperature of 45°C. It lasts three minutes and during 
that time the igniter, the auger and the flue gases motor are active. 

  Run Mode  
The boiler run mode phase starts after the stabilization phase. There are five levels of power which can be set during 

this phase (see 10.3.2.1). During this phase, the igniter is inactive while the auger, the flue gases motor and the pump are 
active and operate at different intensity depending on the boiler power level. The boiler is operating at the set power until 
modulation conditions are achieved. 

  Modulation  
The boiler switches to the modulation phase when one of two conditions is achieved: 
1.

 

When the boiler reaches the set water temperature 

2.

 

If the flue gas temperature reaches the value higher than 200°C 

During modulation state, the boiler is operating with minimum power – power 1 until the temperature decreases below 

the limit value. 

  Standby 
The boiler switches to standby mode when one of two conditions is achieved: 
1.

 

When the boiler reaches the set water temperature, it switches to modulation and continues to increase the water 

temperature by inertia to the value of 4°C higher than the set water temperature in the boiler.

When the external (room) thermostat reacts 

During standby mode, the pellet feed stops and the boiler is switched off. The boiler switches on again when the water 

temperature is 4°C lower than the set value or when the room thermostat deactivates. 

    Safety  
The safety mode occurs when the flue gases temperature exceeds 230°C or when the boiler water temperature reaches 

85°C. During this phase, the pellet feed stops until the flue gases temperature is below 230°C or the water temperature in 
the boiler is below 85°C. If there is no temperature reduction in the next 60 seconds, the boiler switches to alarm mode and 
displays a message Er04 or Er05. 

   Extinguishing  
The boiler is turned off by pressing the on/off menu in the screen bottom left corner. The extinguishing phase starts 

during which the pellet feed stops, and the flue gases motor and the pump operate at maximum capacity to cool down the 
boiler as soon as possible. The minimum duration of the extinguishing phase is 300 seconds and the flue gases 
temperature must be below 70°C in order to have the boiler completely extinguished. 

   OFF  
The boiler is turned off in this mode (the flue gases motor, the pump, the igniter and the auger are not active). 
   Block  
The block mode occurs in case of error or alarm. The flue gases fan, the auger and the igniter are switched off during 

the block mode. If the block is resolved or the cause of the alarm is removed, the system will shut down. 

   Recover Ignition  
The boiler switches to this phase in two cases:  

1.

 

If there is a power failure during the operation mode and the flue gases temperature is higher than 45°C. 

2.

 

By pressing the main switch when the boiler is in the extinguishing phase.
