Driving outgoing signaling leads

Each bit of an outgoing signaling lead for a data or primary rate circuit can be driven

to a new state: either 0 (off) or 1 (on).

After you select a new signaling lead state, the system prompt remains on the display,

allowing you to change the signaling lead as many times as you wish.

Any change you enter is temporary; the signaling lead status is overridden if any

normal network signaling is received.
