Installation safety instructions

WARNING!
Danger from accidental movement!

Never lie or bend down under an unsecured vehicle!
Guard the remote control against unauthorized use!

CAUTION!

Wear appropriate personal protection equipment (PSA) in order to minimise residual risks and to

protect the human body!

Before beginning installation:

Carefully check that the payload of the caravan or trailer is sufficient for the additional weight of the

AL-KO support system. (See the type plate on the caravan). The weight of the AL-KO support system is

approximately 40 kg (the weight of the original supports of approx. 20 kg omitted). A conventional lead-

acid battery weighs approx. 20 - 25 kg.
Only use adapter and accessories supplied or recommended by the manufacturer.
Ensure that the caravan is disconnected from the battery and main power supply.
If problems are encountered during installation, immediately contact our customer service.
Position the battery cut-off switch so that it is always accessible.
Do not remove or change any parts of the chassis, axles, wheel suspension or brakes. The drilling of

holes in the chassis is not permitted.
Do not install or operate the device if you are under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medication, or if

your ability to operate the device could be impaired.
