Chapter 10 – Troubleshooting
Using Refresh Application
Refresh App is a simple way to clear out any issues and to reset all the channels.
It also resets all the frame drop counters and creates a fresh start. Output will be
interrupted for a few seconds when performing this operation.
Refresh App
• clears out issues
• resets all the channels
• resets frame drop counters
Refresh Browser
• c R
NOTE: C R refreshes the browser, whereas refresh app resets all the channels.

Generating Support Logs and Providing to AJA
Technical Support
Support logs are a troubleshooting tool that will provide a description of the
state of the machine and the last few crash logs to hep identify any problems
through support. The ability to generate a support log is only available through
the browser where you can download the support log file locally and send on
to support. It is best to perform this immediately after an issue occurs. It is also
useful after a system crash.
NOTE: Generating a Support Log is only possible via the remote Web Browser Interface
from a remote system. It is not possible from the local Kiosk interface.
To Generate a Support Log File
1. Navigate to System Settings > Support Log > Generate button.
