• Select the setup location in the phone and begin to install the software. If the memory card
has been inserted into the phone, the system will notice you to choose the storage location.
9.3 Excel Mobile
You can create new Excel document, open and edit the Excel document copied from the
computer by using Excel functions for your convenience on business.
• Tap
in the stand-by screen and select
Excel Mobile
function from
Programs
. Now, the
screen will show Excel document saved in the phone. Tapping
Name
at the right corner
above the screen will change the sort order of the document list.
• On the screen of Excel document list, using the stylus to tap and open the file.
• On the screen of Excel document list, tap
All folders
option at the left corner above the screen.
You can look up the files saved in different folders from the popped document folder list.
9.3.1 Creating document
• On the screen of Excel document list, tapping
New
option at the left corner of the bottom of
the screen will open a new Excel form.
• Excel Mobile provides with basic Excel tools, such as formulas, functions, filters, and so on.
• When you need to use the tools bar, you can tap
View
option in form editing screen. Select
Toolbar
from the popped menu, the screen will display tools bar on the screen.
• After finish the editing work, tap
at the right corner above the screen will save and close
the document.
