Important: 

All electrical work must be carried out by

a licensed electrician or similarly qualified person and
installed in accordance with Australian Standard AS
3000 and all building regulations. This product
requires a 230/240 Volt, 50Hz electrical supply.
Supplied with this unit are Clipsal labelled fan, heat
and light mechanisms.

WIRING DETAILS

1.

Install any extra wiring that is required.

2.

Click the switch mechanisms into the switch-
plate (not supplied) in order of preference.

3.

Connect the wiring to the switches as shown
in the electrical diagram below.

4.

Remove the Sunshine's electrical terminal
cover and wire according to the label adjacent
to the terminal strip.

ELECTRICIANS’ WIRING INSTRUCTIONS

Once the wires are connected, incoming
cable must not be fouled by the cover.
Remove cut out portion as required and
replace.

5.

Clean the cowling and globes with a soft,
moist cloth. Check that the power is switched
on, then check all switch operations.

The benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to all other rights and remedies in respect of the
product which the consumer has under the Trade Practices Act and similar State and Territory Laws.

The original purchaser of this Sunshine Radiant Heater is provided with the following warranty, subject to
the following conditions. Gerard Industries Pty Ltd warrants this product for a period of 5 years from the
date of purchase for all parts defective in workmanship or materials. All defective parts will be replaced
free of charge. The following exclusions do not preclude the purchaser from those statutory right
consumers have under the Trade Practices Act or similar State and Territory Laws.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

1.

This warranty is only valid for appliances installed according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

2.

This appliance must not be modified or changed in any way.

3.

All wiring must be carried out by a licensed electrician or similarly qualified person and must be
connected to the voltage requirements as specified in the ratings label.

4.

Heat globes supplied with this unit are covered by a separate 2 year replacement warranty and are
excluded from the 5 year warranty. Incandescent globes are excluded from all of the above
warranties.

5.

The manufacturer does not accept liability for any direct or consequential damage, loss or other
expense arising from misuse or incorrect installation and operation of the appliance.

6.

Warranty will only be given on appliances where proof of purchase date is provided eg. original
invoice or copy.
