Status messaging allows you:

to send predefined

to indicate your
availability for a callout.

to receive
Status messages
from a predefined sender.
•
to send and receive
Situation indicators
to a predefined recipient.
Situation indicators are predefined messages with varying contents.
Your organisation defines the receiver and the content of your messages.
Your pager supports sending and receiving status messages also in direct
mode.
