4.6.16.2 Freezing of curves

Pressing the 

Freeze

 key freezes the curves.

Two cursors (vertical lines) serve to measure and display the values of each curve. The cursor that is

currently selected appears in green.
The rotating knob can be used to select, modify and move the cursor.
This symbol Δ indicates the variation in pressure, flow rate, volume, CO

2

 and time between the two cur-

sors, and does so for the two curves displayed.
To exit the curves' 

Freeze

 function, press the 

Back

 key.

Note: 

 While the curves are frozen, the numerical values of the patient parameters continue to

be refreshed on the screen.

4.6.17 Monitoring

Several monitored ventilation parameters (measurements) are available for each ventilation mode.
Each parameter displays the measurement value for the ventilation operation in progress.
They are accessible on two pages: press the arrow  .

The position of each box is configurable (see section Display of measurements on page 59).
Each measurement is displayed in the form of a box containing:
•

the name, the unit of measurement and the current value,

•

the high and low alarm thresholds.
