ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Please examine your product for any visible
damage before using/installing. If you see any
damage or suspect a fault, please do not use, but
contact your supplier.
1.
Carefully remove all packaging and ensure
all loose fitments have been provided.

If you have purchased the VG832B (with
castors) follow this step, otherwise move
on to step 3. Locate the pre-punched
castor holes on the base frame
(fig. 2)
, align
the castor and screw in with spanner (J)
provided
(see fig.3)
. Ensure castors are fully
tightened.
3.
Turn the U frame over so that the spigots are facing up. Lower the H frame onto the spigots of U
frame
(see fig. 4)
. Ensure the black plastic collars on the H frame are at the top and the spigots on H
frame are facing outwards
(see fig. 5)
