Safety
The unit is a state-of-the-art piece of equipment that has been designed, manufactured and documented
according to the valid EU directives and in compliance with the associated harmonized standards. This
is certified in the Declaration of Conformity.
Nevertheless, its use may result in risks to the health and life of the user or third parties or in damage to
the unit and other property. The unit may only be used in a technically perfect condition and in awareness
of potential hazards.
Besides, the unit requires maintenance and servicing in accordance with this manual. Any changes that
occur on the unit have to be eliminated immediately by qualified personnel. This concerns in particular
changes that affect the safety of personnel and property.
As an operator, you must make sure that all safety and warning notices are understood and complied
with. Make sure that all persons working on or with the unit have read the entire manual and understood
it prior to commencing work.

Warnings
Preceding warnings
Warnings that refer to a certain section or part of this manual (e.g. all steps of an entire handling instruc-
tion) are given at the beginning of the respective part.
Integrated warnings
Warnings that refer to a part of a section only (e.g. only one step of a handling instruction) are given at
the relevant point of this section.
