Cleaning of grill rollers
!TIP: The grill rollers of the ROG - ROLL’N’GRILL
®
are easier to clean while they are still slightly warm.
1.) Remove coarse dirt from the grill rollers using commercially available, damp steel wool.
2.) Spray the ROG - ROLL’N’GRILL
®
cleaner onto the grill rollers.
!CAUTION: Do not spray the ROG - ROLL’N’GRILL
®
cleaner onto the housing!
3.) Wipe down all surfaces treated with the spay using a sufficiently wet cloth to remove the cleaner with-
out leaving any residue. When doing so, avoid water dripping onto the control panel.
4.) Always burn the grill rollers with the ROG - ROLL’N’GRILL
®
emulsion after cleaning, see Chapter
9.2.3
Collection pan and collection grate
1.) Remove the collection pan and collection grate.
2.) These parts are made of stainless steel. They can be cleaned in a dishwasher or using appropriate
cleaning and care agents.
