Heating up / grill roller speed
Speed keys:
1.) Press a Speed key.
The control LED next to the selected Speed key flashes.
The operating temperature has been reached after approx. 30 minutes.
The control LED is continuously lit and the unit is ready for operation.

Inserting the food product to be grilled
The grill rollers must be burned in before operation. (See Chapter "8.3 Burn-in" [
Note on the food product to be grilled:
–
Meat must contain neither bone nor gristle. Remove bone and gristle first.
–
Any food product to be grilled briefly is suitable (meat, fish with firm flesh, vegetables, veggie burgers,
etc.).
–
The slice thickness of the food product to be grilled must be 9 to 13 mm.
–
The food product to be grilled can be seasoned before or after grilling.
–
!NOTE:
Seasoning before grilling requires more cleaning afterwards.

WARNING!
Hot surfaces can cause burn injuries
In the vicinity of the grill rollers, operation-related high temperatures occur on the
housing and the scraper sheets.
• Exercise caution when working in the danger zone.
• Place the food product to be grilled carefully onto the supply grate.
• Do not put your fingers into the feed section of the grill rollers.
• Wear tight-fitting clothing and do not wear jewelry.
