Heat accumulation
Heat accumulation and dirt in the unit can lead to fire development.
Please observe the following:

Clean the unit regularly.

Keep ventilation openings clear.
–
Hold carbon-dioxide extinguishers ready for fire-fighting measures.

Overcurrent
Excessive current flow in the event of a fault can lead to overheating of cables and consumables. Cables
and consumables can even catch fire.
Please observe the following:

Safeguard all supply lines in accordance with the electrical data.

Operate the unit via the residual-current circuit-breaker (RCD)
≤
30 mA only.

Operating materials and substances
3.8.4.1
Aerosols and smoke
Inhalation of smoke and aerosols may cause irritations.
Please observe the following:

Do not breathe in the fumes of burnt substances.

Ensure sufficient supply of fresh air.

Use approved, non-irritant cleaning and care agents only.

Hot grease
When grilling, hot liquids and grease can ooze from the food products.
Please observe the following:

Ensure skin protection.

Use appropriate implements to remove the grilled food products.

Biological and microbiological substances
Bacteria and viruses can provoke diseases and cause mold growth in the unit.
Please observe the following:

Clean the unit regularly.

Check and clean the installation compartment in the housing prior to repair.

Ergonomic hazards

Unfavorable physical strain
Working at an unsuitable height and excessive load can lead to unfavorable physical strain.
Please observe the following:

Place the unit at an ergonomic working height.
–
Use appropriate means of transport.
–
Do not lift heavy loads alone.
