General
This document covers the mounting, wiring and
initial start-‐up of the Aurora WIO-‐4UI Wireless
Sedona® Controller. The Aurora Wireless Sedona®
Controllers only operate on the JACE controllers on
the Niagara Framework®. It is assumed that the
installing technician is a certified Niagara-‐AX
technician and is familiar with the Sedona
Framework®.
Product Description
The Aurora WIO-‐4UI is a user configurable wireless
controller operating on the Sedona Framework®
using wireless 2.4GHz Mesh technology by Jennic.
The WIO-‐4UI has 4 Universal Inputs (supporting
temperature, resistance, voltage, and current).

It is the responsibility of the installer to ensure all
local, state and federal codes are followed.

Disconnect all power prior to install

Make all connections in accordance with
local and national electrical codes

This device is used for monitoring and
control, not intended for life safety
applications

Discharge any static electricity prior to
handling the device. Static discharge
produce voltages high enough to damage
electronic components

Do not handle the bare PCB (Printed Circuit
Board) without proper protection against
static discharge
