11.3 How to interpret the LED Status of the Wireless

Sensor

The wireless sensor communicates its current condition using the three
LEDs green, blue, and red.

LED
Status

LED description

Message

The green LED is lit.

The wireless sensor is switched on.
The sensor is not connected to the
data logger and no pairing data is
stored.

The green LED is
flashing.

The batteries of the wireless sensor
are being charged.

The green LED is lit and
flashes only briefly

The wireless sensor is switched on
and its batteries are being charged.

All LEDs are lit.

The wireless sensor is just being
switched on.

All LEDs are flashing
simultaneously.

The wireless sensor is in the pairing
mode. It had no pairing data stored
and now queries pairing data from
the data logger.

The green and the blue
LED are slowly flashing
simultaneously.

The wireless sensor is establishing
a connection to the data logger.

The blue LED is flashing
rapidly.

The wireless sensor is transferring
initialization data to the data logger.

The red LED is flashing
for approximately 7
times.

Error status.

Either the wireless sensor shall be
paired but already has pairing data
stored or the wireless sensor was
not able to send its initialization
data to the data logger.
