Seed and fertilization monitoring
o
Numerical presentation on the screen about diverse parameters of the job:
•
Implement’s speed (in Km/h).
•
Seed density (average) of every row, expressed in:
Seed per meter (S/m).
Seed per hectare (S/Ha).
•
Distance (average) between seeds of every row, expressed in cm.
•
Part-time job time.
•
Total job time.
•
Partially worked hectares.
•
Total hectares worked.
•
Shaft’s r.p.m. value.
•
Distance covered (in meters).
•
Performance planned (hectares worked per hour if the current speed is maintained)
•
Battery voltage
•
Linear Fertilizer (kg/Ha), Alongside Fertilizer (kg/Ha) and Seeds (S/m) Rate applied.
o
Graphic and numerical display of the seed density (Sem./m) for each row.
o
Graphic display of each seed and fertilizer sensor status.
o
Audible and displayed failures, as follows:
•
Seed Density Failure (incorrect value of the number of seeds planted per row).
•
Seed Failure (seeds falling are not detected in pipes).
•
Linear or Alongside Fertilization Failure (fertilizer falling is not detected in pipes).
•
R.P.M. value failure of a monitored shaft (value out of the round-per-minute limit, programmed
for the correct order of each shaft).
•
Shaft rotation failure.
•
Hopper with low level of seeds or fertilizer.
•
Maximum Speed exceeded.
•
Disconnected sensors.
•
Short-circuit in sensor.
o
Time display (in case of having a GPS), set with the different time zones according to region and/or
season of the year.
o
Planter status display (elevated/working implement).
o
It stands up to 16 monitoring nodes of 24 sensors each one. (384 seed, fertilizer, rotation, hopper level
or RPM sensors maximum). Either of these sensors is connected to any monitoring wire of the nodes,
setting the sensor’s type and number for each wire at the installation moment. The number of
additional monitoring sensors limits are as follows:
•
10 shaft rotation sensors,
•
6 hopper emptying sensors, and
•
3 RPM control sensors.
