input and output shaft (gears, shaft, bearings, chains, etc.) are working correctly. Also check that all CVT
corresponding to the same product respond in front of a rate change.
Different Fertilizer / Seed speed
This message can appear in agricultural implements that work with more than one CVT to command the same
product. The computer is constantly checking that the CVTs for the same product rotate at the same speed. If
for any reason the speed increases or diminishes in a CVT, this error message will appear.
This message can appear for a few seconds when the computer starts working, or when the land is not quite
smoothly. This should be considered as a problem if the message persists. It is suggested to check that all the
components associated to movement of the CVT’s input and output shaft (gears, shaft, bearings, chains, etc.)
are working correctly.
Short circuit in Fertilizer / Seed CVT
This error is produced because of a short circuit r a consumption excess in one CVT. When this error is
detected, the CVT with problems will be indicated and the power to that CVT will be cut automatically. Once
solved, turn the computer off and then on to make it work again.
It is suggested to check that the wiring which connects the node to the CVT don’t present damages. Also check
that none wire or component into the CVT is not damaged making contact to the implement’s chassis.
The prescription should define less than 100 zones.
This message appears when trying to load a prescription map (SHP) that contains more than 10 areas on the
same map.
It is suggested to verify that the number of zones is less than 100. If there are more than 100 areas, it is
recommended to divide the file into several maps with less than 100 areas each and load each of these areas
while working on them.
The prescription must contain 3 rates per zone
This message appears when the .DBF file of the prescription has more or less than 3 attributes for each zone.
It is suggested to modify the prescription in such a way that each zone has three associated numerical values.
The first one corresponds to Fertilizer L, the second one to Fertilizer A and the third one to Seed. It is important
to remember that even all products are not used, the three values should be present in the prescription map.
Prescription shape doesn’t specify zones
This error occurs when trying to load a file shape that does not corresponds to a VRA prescription (it is not a
shape file of polygons type).
The prescription file is too large / exceeds 256 KB
This error occurs when trying to load a prescription map (.SHP file) that cannot be completely stored on the
computer’s internal memory. This may be due to the excessive and unnecessary complexity of forms of each
area and the size of the plot to which the map belongs to.
It is suggested to divide the original prescription map into smaller maps and load them while working or reduce
the complexity of each area.
