CONECTION SPRAYER TO TRACTOR
The AGS 1800EN-HV, AGS 2000EN-HV and AGS 2000EN-HVB sprayers were designed to be
attached to the lower tractor linkage (towing eyes with a diameter of 40 mm and 50 mm are
interchangeable). The height of the rigid or the swivel hitch can be adjusted, which means that the
sprayer can be attached to different tractors. The height of the hitch should be adjusted so that the
lower edge of the sprayer's chassis is horizontally aligned when the sprayer is attached to the tractor,
which is parked on a level surface.

SUPPORT LEG
Lift the sprayer's support leg (Figure 5.2) by turning the lever (2); unfasten the lower latch (6), remove
the bolt (5) and lift the lower part of the support leg. Insert the lower bolt (5) back into the bottom-
most hole to secure the leg in the highest position and fasten the lower latch (6). Then open the latch
(4) and remove the bolt (3) and move the support leg (1) onto the support leg bracket on the base;
insert the bolt and the pin. Finally, connect the pump shaft on the sprayer and the PTO drive shaft on
the tractor with a universal shaft.
To move the sprayer in the parking position, repeat the steps in reverse order.
WARNING: When the sprayers is attached for he first time, pay attention to the
following:
•
Check the correct tire pressure on the tractor (see the tractor's user manual
and on the sprayer and, if necessery, adjust the pressure!
•
Drive slowly when the sprayer's reservoir is full (to reduce the breakage
force)!
WARNING: When disconnecting the sprayer, use immobilising wedges for the
wheels to keep the sprayer in place.
