DESCRIPTION
The sprayers type AGS 400 EN, AGS 600 EN, AGS 800 EN, AGS 1000 EN and AGS 1200 EN
feature a modern design with a polyethylene tank resistant to chemicals, with rounded edges, smooth
interior walls a sloping bottom. The structure of the sprayer ensures excellent balance, simple use,
good mixing of the spray, complete emptying of the reservoir and easy cleaning.
The sprayer consists of: a robust carrying frame with a polyethylene reservoir and a pouring sieve, a
pump, a flow and pressure regulator, a suction filter, a pressure filter, three-way valve and lift
mechanism. Standard equipment includes an additional reservoir for cleaning of the sprayer after
spraying, a filling container and a hand washing reservoir.
On this types of sprayers can be connected with spraying equipment 10 MRX, 12 MRX, 15 MRX, 12
MY in 12 MY-H.
The following instructions include detailed information on sprayer’s component parts and how to
handle them; the second part of this manual includes a catalogue of spare parts.
This user manual covers several sprayer models, which is why only the chapters referring to your
sprayer type should be taken into account.

LIFTING POINTS
When loading or unloading the sprayer from a truck use the designated lifting points of the standard
three-point system on the sprayer or the bottom of the supporting frame (if you are using a forklift
truck).
